ADAMO PIERRE DIVIN

Divin is a young African leader who processes a wide range of experiences in youth empowerment. Divin holds a diploma in Economic Sciences and Management at Goma University. He is passionate about Human Rights Protection (Fighting against gender-based violence and promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights). He is the Founder of Youth Engaged for Change (YEC), where he works part time as the Coordinator. YEC is a youth organization that works to fight youth unemployment through saving and loans. This allowed them to grow with peaceful mind and gave them the opportunity to run their own business and to become positive change-makers.  He also serves as the country coordinator of the International Youth Alliance for Family Planning (IYAFP) in the Congo. IYAFP is a wide network of young people, which aims to promote sexual right and to encourage the use of modern contraceptive methods. He believes in the power of network and that why he wants to work closely with those other young change makers.
